NRC Witness Works For NRC (0)

Wed, 28 May 2003 Source: Palavar

Captain Ben Kwaku Duah who returned from exile in La Cote d'Ivoire to call Ghanaians cowards and to lambast ex-President Rawlings in unprintably pejorative terms, is actually working at the NRC, as a staff of the Commission. He has an office in the NRC's premises at the Old Parliament House, and is one of those who help witnesses, especially those returning from exile, to write their statements. He is also one of the officers who assist the Chairman of the Commission in his selection of which cases to hear on which day and at what time.
