Whether it is true that the Chief of Staff has nicodemously authorised a former top Executive of a leading football club in Kumasi to sell off as scrap the millions of dollars worth of road construction equipment abandoned at Yawkwei on the Accra-Kumasi road by ABU Ltd. following their litigation over the quality of the Kumasi-Anyinam road with the PNDC Government, and that the scrap sale has already taken place, causing serious financial loss to the state running into hundreds of billions of cedis?
