To put it simply, garlic and onions are connected. Allium sativum is its scientific name when applied to its use in medicine. The tuber's bulb is sturdy and delicious. Often utilized and beneficial to health, garlic is an essential ingredient in many dishes. In addition to its culinary uses, garlic has been shown to have therapeutic effects for a variety of conditions. 

'Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food,' as the old adage goes. Garlic may be large, but despite its size, it has several health benefits. Many individuals dislike garlic because of its pungent odor. There are three super-healthy crops, and garlic is one of them. Vitamin-wise, it's far superior to an onion.
