You need hydrated foods so more fruits and vegetables and avoid food with high salt content. These foods creates imbalance to your mood and hormones so this affects your libido. Be mindful of the sugary drinks you consume.

Natural lubrication of the vagina is highly driven by the hormone estrogen and functions as an important factor in both intimate intercourse and vaginal health.

Frequently, the vagina cleans itself from the inside through natural secretions, also known as discharge. The discharge helps protect the vagina from external bacteria that can be detrimental to a woman’s sexual help.
