Today’s Verse
“When Esther’s words were reported to Mordecai, 13 he sent back this answer: “Do not think that because you are in the king’s house you alone of all the Jews will escape. 14 For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”
15 Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai: 16 “Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my attendants will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.” (Ester 4:12-16)
Today’s Message
Walking out the call God places in our life requires bravery. Bring to mind the people, things, and places that God calls you to. Do they frighten you? Maybe they make no sense to the human mind or societal logic. Like Ester, we are called to accomplish what doesn’t make sense. Not because of what we can do, but because of who God is. When we face our circumstances without His presence, they appear grim. But when we partner our faith to His character, the opportunity for God-sized miracles grow.
You, my friend, were born for such a time as this. Not to shrink back, but to go boldly forth in wherever God calls you to be. The position you hold at work, in your family, online, and through your entire life are not coincidences! They are the reason you are here, today. Of all the ages you could have been put on this earth, God chose the now! So how are you stewarding your life? Are there conversations it’s time to have? Places you need to go?
What about your soul and spirit? How are you allowing them to shine for this time? I bless you with courage, to live out the life God has given you. Holding nothing back, but fully running the race He’s given you.
