Ghanaian singer DJ Azonto, also known as Mark Kwesi Arthur, has slammed his detractors for his dress choices.
The musician stated that he doesn’t care what people say about him on social media because it’s their opinion.
He denied being gay during an appearance on Rainbow Radio 87.5 FM’s mid-morning broadcast.
Speaking to the host, Sokoohemaa Kukua, he called those claims incorrect and unsubstantiated.
He claims that if he had been gay, he would not have had four children with his active wife.
DJ Azonto’s outfit choices are for entertainment purposes.
“I don’t care what people say about me on social media. People post on social media about making various comments. Some people believe I am gay, and I wonder if I would have had four children if I were gay. I don’t care what others think of me.”
“When asked why he chose to change his fashion, he answered, “I decided to dress this one so that I would be pricey.” Women are expensive, especially when they are dressed well. I had also fasted for 45 days and prayed to God, and he was the one who told me to begin clothing in this manner. When God tells you to do something, you don’t have to worry about what other people think.”
