1.When you' re taking your meal: Drinking water while you eat can reduce the amount of stomach acid produced and make digestion takes longer period. This could lead to abdominal distention, stomach bloating, and upset stomach symptoms. In place of milk or other dairy products, water should be taken at least 30-35 minutes before or after a meal because it aids in the process of Digestion. Sweating causes you to lose a lot of fluids during strenuous physical exercise because you lose a lot of fluids when you move quickly.

2. Drinking water during exercising is also a factor which is not recommended because it can lead to bloating and other unpleasant side effects. It is more Important than ever to maintain good hydration, so make sure to drink water both before and after exercising the body.

3.Another point to consider is When you have a water overload, hyperhydration, also known as drinking an excessive amount of water, can lead to hyponatremia, also known as a low blood sodium level that is dangerously low.

These are some common situations where u should not take in water regardless of how thirsty you are.
