The best time of the day to have Sex

Wed, 22 Feb 2023 Source: Ghana Trends

$ex is a crucial aspect of any relationship and is a key component of a happy partnership. While physical intimacy is a way to distinguish lovers from friends, people may not know the optimal time to engage in it.

Although many individuals prefer intimacy before bedtime, a WebMD study found that testosterone levels in men and women are at their highest in the morning. As a result, according to WebMD, morning is the best time for physical intimacy because the man and woman's energy levels are at their maximum, and they are less preoccupied with life's demands mentally.

Additionally, researchers discovered that 5:48 a.m. is the best time for intimacy because couples are most likely to be at their peak. According to Ashley Grossman, a neuroendocrinology professor at WebMD, our body clock governs our circadian rhythms, which affect our mood and energy levels. Before a man even wakes up in the morning, his testosterone levels are at their highest, between 25 and 50 percent higher than any other time of day, which can result in morning erections. Most men will wake up hard two or three times a week due to the increased levels in the morning.

However, it is essential to note that everyone's preferences and schedules are different, and it's crucial for partners to communicate and find a time that works for them. While physical intimacy is important, emotional intimacy, communication, trust, and respect are equally crucial and should be nurtured in a relationship.

So, when do you prefer to spend quality time in the bedroom with your partner?
