Consuming a wide variety of vegetables on a regular basis has been shown to reduce the risk of developing cancer, which has recently emerged as one of the leading causes of death worldwide. According to an article written by Medicalnewstoday, there are some vegetables that should be consumed on a daily basis in order to reduce one's risk of developing cancer.

1. You need to regularly consume a reasonable amount of carrots. Vitamin A, beta-carotene, and other beneficial elements are abundant in carrots. Carrots' beta carotene and vitamin A are both beneficial to your health, but especially your ability to ward off cancer.

2. Broccoli, which contains sulforaphane, one of the strongest anti-cancer characteristics, is another food you should eat regularly. Therefore, if you want to minimize the risk of developing cancer cells in your body, you should eat as much broccoli as possible on a daily basis according to studies.

3. Kale should be included in your daily vegetable intake since it offers more vitamins, like vitamin C and vitamin K, that can aid to fuel your body, and enough sulforaphane to prevent cancer.
