About the Competition

The Moot Court Competition is the largest gathering of students, academics and judges around the theme of human rights in the world. The Competition is open to top students around the world to participate in the competition. The Competition is held in English, French, Portuguese and Arabic.

Three beautiful ladies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology boldly led the University to beat all other universities in Africa. As it stands, they are the African champions of the Human rights moot Court competition. After their win they are going for the world championship.

The Moot Court Competition is being hosted by the British University in Egypt (Cairo). This year’s competition target is to tackle issues relating to internet intermediary liability in addition to climate change and human trafficking.

The good news is that, their appearance at the World stage has placed Ghana on the map. In fact, KNUST and Ghanaians in general are super proud of them. Congratulations to them. We pray that they beat all other countries at the world stage to become the world champions.
