News coming in indicates that Dzifa Bampoh, presenter at Media General has resigned. Dzifa Bampoh was the host of The Key Points show on TV3 which airs every Saturday morning. She has been with the media house for the past 18 months.
According to a report by Ameyaw Debrah, Dzifa Bampoh is leaving to take up a position as the Communications Director in one of the nation’s public institutions.
From the reactions above, some Ghanaians feel sad that one of their favorite presenters is finally leaving them. Others also revealed that her departure from the media house will really affect the station.
Dzifa Bampoh started her career at the Radio section of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation from 1997 to 2005, hosting the “Unique Breakfast Drive." She then moved to the Multimedia Group Limited (Joy FM) from 2005 to 2017. She has been at TV3 for the past 18 months.
She has received several awards including Women's Excellence Award in 2017 and RTP Radio Newscaster of the Year Award 2014.
Dzifa Bampoh is not the first to resign from the media house. Several top presenters have resigned including Nana Aba Anamoah and Natalie Fort.
