Nana Aba Anamoah is a Ghanaian Media personality. Until her resignation from TV3, she presented the news and hosted top shows including The Divas Show. She is currently the General Manager of GHOne TV and Starr 103.5 FM. She is also ambassador for women football in Ghana.

The broadcaster, who is known by many to be of Fante descent, has shocked fans with the announcement of her Ewe name.
The General Manager of GHOne TV took to her twitter handle somewhere last week to reveal to Ghanaians that, she is a Fante and an Ewe.
She disclosed she is ‘Mawuena’ which means God gives backed. This is something that most Ghanaians do not know about the popular media personality and philanthropist.
She wrote, "My Fante name is Nana Ama. Ewe name is Mawuena."
Nana Aba Anamoah also revealed her birth name. She said her birth name is Rosemond Nana Aba McEwan-Anamoah. But she decided to choose Nana Aba Anamoah to make life easy for her.
She further added, " Name given at birth: Rosemond Nana Aba McEwan-Anamoah. Name chosen to make life easy: Nana Aba Anamoah."
Her announcement has attracted many comments from fans including questions in Ewe to test her prowess in the language.
