GES Newly Trained Unposted Teachers: Procedures to Get Posted

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has released the postings of Newly Qualified Trained Teachers from the various Colleges of education in Ghana.

Information gathered by Educand Network indicates that some of these graduates did not receive postings and due to this circumstance, the victims are in a dilemma.

This Article is to give you the procedures to follow to get posted if you have not yet receive your postings. According to GES, there will be a second batch of postings that will be released soon to cater for qualified graduates who were not posted.

What Are the Requirements for New Teachers to Be Posted?

For a newly trained graduate to be included in the second batch of postings, one must meet the following requirements;

-Have completed a public college of education in 2020

-Passed all his/her exams at college

- Have passed NTC Licensure Examination

- Have done a one-year mandatory National Service.

However, the Ghana Education Service (GES) has outlined the procedures through which all 2020 Newly Qualified Trained Teachers who did not receive postings can pass through to get their names on the second batch of lists that will be released soon.

How to Get Posted

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has directed all affected victims who meet the requirements above to as a matter of urgency visit their regional education offices with evidence of the above-mentioned documents for rectification.
