I Can Never Stop Mentioning Agya Koo's Name, Unless I Die - Akrobeto Discloses

The popular Ghanaian actor, comedian and TV presenter, Akwasi Boadi popularly known as Akrobeto, has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to his colleague popular Ghanaian actor, Alex Adu popularly known as Agya Koo. He stated that he can never stop mentioning Agya Koo's name unless he dies. He made this momentous confession during a recent interview with “Peace FM” where he spoke very well of Agya Koo.

Praising the good works of Agya Koo in contributing to his life, he was asked by the host that 'how true is what people are saying that when you compose a movie with Agya Koo you will spoil your talent?' and he responded by firstly greeting him and then saying that he (Agya Koo) is the one who made Ghanaian movie to become a movie.

"Agya Koo is the one who has made Ghanaian movie to be productive which has also made me to benefit from it. He can testify that even when I bought my first two cars which were Kia Sportage, I sent them to his house and thanked him...So as for Agya if I stop mentioning his name then unless I die," he revealed.

Who doesn’t know about Agya Koo? Or better still who haven’t heard Kofi Adu? Whenever you mention the Ghanaian movie industry, there are a few you would mention ahead of this selfless Ghanaian.

The award-winning star actor has remained an outstanding character among his peers, thanks to his amazing skill.

Born as Alex Kofi Adu Mensah, on the 12th May 1969, Agya has grown to become one of the idols of the modern day Ghallywood. He has been featured in many films which have found their ways into local as well as overseas markets.

He has also performed locally as well as abroad and is now one of the most sought African actors out there. Agya hails from the Ashanti Region of Ghana, but he grew up in a suburb in Accra Newtown called Asantewaa.

There are many African actors spread across the globe but Agya Koo will always be counted as one of the best.

His relentless quest for a fully developed film industry cannot go unnoticed. He is a man who loves his job. Ghana is definitely proud of Adu and so is Africa.
