Most Women Now Marrying for Money, To Make Men’s Lives Miserable — Emeka Ike Laments

Sat, 18 Jun 2022 Source: Michael Djan

Emeka Ike. He is a veteran and super-talented Nollywood actor, entrepreneur, director, producer, investor, and philanthropist. The actor rose to prominence after starring in the film, Deadly Affair. After acing that role, he has since then graced the screen in numerous Nollywood movies. He has starred in “Two Become One”, “Not Man Enough”, “Passion and Pain” and “Foreign Affairs”, just to mention a few.

The actor was born on 22nd March 1967 in Imo State in Lagos, Nigeria. He is 54 years old as of 2022.

However, according to the Popular Nollywood actor, lots of women don’t marry for love anymore; they marry men for their wealth and then proceed to make their man’s life miserable while he suffers in silence.

The veteran actor laid this accusation, just as he revealed that he was a victim of domestic abuse and that women were abusing men more in recent times.

He opined that the probable reason why most men tend to pass on before their partners could be because of the way they’re being treated by their wives.

He posted this on his Instagram page;

Ike said, “Pls, pls do your research well. Most women abuse men more lately. They don't love again. Most of them marry you for your money and make your life miserable, if not kill you.

“I was a victim. Why are kidnappers and armed robbers' wives not crying out? Why must it be very rich and successful men lately.?”

“I'm not saying there are no deadbeat men, but the increase in the other gender's manipulative edge is totally ignored. Why do men have to always die before women in marriage? Ask your father. Ask your grandfather. That's if they are still alive to tell you things. Please, pls let's stop encouraging these wicked, misleading and greedy women, with this mundane top. Na God save me.”
