Declared the legitimate daughter of Samuel Eto’o by a Madrid court a few months ago, Erika Do Rosario Nieves finally came out of her silence to send a message to her father.
The 22-year-old girl is claiming 2 years of child support arrears from the current president of Fecafoot for having abandoned her for years.
The Madrid Court of First Instance has ruled that the former Cameroonian footballer of Real Madrid and FC Barcelona Samuel Eto’o is indeed the father of Erika Do Rosario Nieves, a young woman aged 22. While the president of Fecafoot has remained silent since the announcement of this judge’s decision, the young girl has just demanded the payment of two years of child support through the courts.
According to information reported by local media, the current president of Fecafoot is ordered to pay a pension monthly payment of 1,400 euros to the young woman, with retroactive effect from the time the complaint was filed.
In order to move forward with the process, the young woman Erika provided biological evidence to support her testimony, which led the judge to admit the lawsuit, although Eto'o never complied with the court's requests.

Adileusa, the young woman’s mother, and Samuel Eto’o met in a Madrid nightclub in 1997 when the footballer was playing for the Leganés club. About a year later, in February 1998, Adileusa realized she was pregnant and notified Eto’o.
During pregnancy, Adileusa “tried to communicate with the future father, but he did not answer his phone calls or his e-mails” Even less when she warned him by message that she was going to give birth.
The girl was born in 1999 at the Alarcon Foundation Hospital in Madrid, when the player was still playing for Espanyol, without the player ever recognizing her till the Madrid Court ruled that Samuel Eto’o is indeed the father of Erika Do Rosario Nieves.
