Jeff Zucker is one of the most powerful leaders in the American Media and Television Industries resigned on Wednesday as the Boss of CNN, after acknowledging that he had failed to disclose a romantic relationship with another Senior Executive at the network.

To justify his resignation, Mr. Zucker said in a statement that “he failed to properly disclose to his company his romantic relationship with another Senior Executive at the network.”

Mr. Zucker’s relationship partner, Alisson Gollust, also released a statement on that same day, “Jeff and I have been close friends and professional partners for over 20 years,” she said. “Recently, our relationship changed during covid. I regret that we didn’t disclose it at the right time.” She added

Mr. Zucker, 56, added, “Together, we had nine great years, I certainly wish my tenure here had ended differently. But it was an amazing run. And I loved every minute.”

The 56-year-old Mr. Jeffrey Adam Zucker, is an American Media Executive. He was the president of CNN Worldwide from January 2013 to February 2022. Mr. Zucker was previously CEO of NBC Universal. Mr. Zucker also served as an Executive in residence at Columbia Business School.
