The Glamorous wedding of Former Black Stars player, Emmanuel Agyeman Badu is currently ongoing at an exclusive event inside East Legon.

The event which is strictly by invitation saw the appearance of some former Black Stars players.

Dignitaries crowded the occasion, including Kwadwo Asamoah, a former Black Stars midfielder, and the National Chief Imam.

The rumor that midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu is getting ready to say “I do” to his sweetheart, Reggietta Affua Arthur, was all over the place a few days ago.

The former Great Olympics player, who was praised for his extraordinary midfield abilities, has said goodbye to single life and given fans a peek of their engagement through images shared on Tuesday, November 7.

Agyemang-Badu’s football career started with the local team, Berlin F.C. After that, he joined with Berekum Arsenal and went on to play for Bursaspor, Udinese, Hellas Verona, Qingdao FC, and Asante Kotoko. Great Olympics was his previous club; he is currently without a club, though he hasn’t made a formal retirement announcement.

Notably, Agyemang-Badu played a crucial role for the Black Satellites squad that won the 2009 U-20 World Cup. Following an exciting goalless tie in Egypt, the team defeated Brazil in the final by penalty shootout. Agyemang-Badu declared his retirement from international competition in 2021 after amassing 78 caps and 11 goals for his country.
