Judah's Tribe: Funke Akindele Gives Thanks to Ghanaians and Nigerians for Helping Her Make History

Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has expressed her gratitude to Ghanaians and Nigerians for their support in helping her break box office records in a message on social media.

Being the first Nollywood film to earn a billion naira in such a short time, the actress set a record for the Nigerian film industry.

With his wealth, Funke Akindele accumulated one billion, sixty million, seven hundred and eleven thousand, and four hundred and ninety-one dollars.

Funke Akindele's films A Tribe Called Judah, Battle on Buka Street, and Omo Ghetto The Saga are now the highest-earning Nollywood films of all time according to the Wikipedia Nollywood grossing table.

Despite having already thanked her Maker, Ghanaians, and Nigerians for their continuous support.

Now, the mother of twins has posted a video to her fan base and supporters, along with a long, emotional statement sharing her gratitude.

She expressed her gratitude to them for helping her make history and said she was overwhelmed by their kind words and deep admiration for her. Still, she is really appreciative of them.

Funke described her team and actors as "amazing." She also expressed her gratitude to the singers, celebrities, business titans, and coworkers who had helped her in her endeavor.

"Thank you Ghana and Nigeria for assisting us in making history!

I cannot adequately convey my gratitude for the love I have witnessed and the remarks I have read on social media, but please know that I am grateful.

You made N1billion a reality, and I couldn't have done this without you, my incredible fans (my TR!BE!), the cast and crew of #atr!becalledjudah, industry elders, colleagues, friends, influencers, comedians, musicians, and celebrities who have generously donated their time to assist this project in various ways.
