Agnes Aduako is a Ghanaian footballer. She plays as a forward for the Ghana women's national football team.

She played at the 2014 and 2015 African Women's Championship and scored a goal against Zimbabwe. She also played for the Fabulous Ladies in Ghana at the club level.
