Anna Bossman is a Ghanaian politician and human advocate. She is Ghana's ambassador to France and was a former director for the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Department of the African Development Bank (AfDB).

She was born on 1 December 1957 in Kumasi, Ashanti Region of Ghana to Dr. Jonathan Emmanuel Bossman, former Ghana's representative at the United Nations in Geneva, and Alice Decker.

Anna Bossman attended the Holy Child School in Cape Coast and the Achimota School for her senior high school. In 1980, she obtained a Law and Political Science degree from the Ghana School and was called to the bar that same year.

She went into private practice after serving as an Assistant State Attorney in Ghana's Ministry of Justice and pursued a career in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anna Bossman worked with Tenneco, in Gabon as the first woman secretary-general of the Gabonese Union of Petroleum Companies. She has also worked in international companies in Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Angola, as well as in Ghana.

Anna Bossman founded Bossman Consultancy Limited in 1996 to provide support to power utilities and energy sectors, international institutions, and donor agencies as well as private companies and business investors.

From 2002 to 2010 she was the Deputy Commissioner of Ghana's Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) as the acting commissioner.

She was the Director of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Department of the African Development Bank in charge of corruption and other malpractices.

Anna Bossman was appointed in June 2017 as Ghana's ambassador to France and on 13 October 2017, presented her letters of credence to French President Emmanuel Macron. She was also Ghana's ambassador to Portugal and Ghana's permanent representative to UNESCO.

In 2008, she was awarded the Ghana Women's achiever's Award for excellence in Human Rights and the Law (Ghana National Honorary Awards of Fame).

Anna Bossman was married to Pierre-Claver Damiba, Burkina Faso's former prime ministerial candidate, with whom she has a daughter.
