Christian Corleytey Otuteye is a Ghanaian politician and a member of the National Democratic Congress. He is a member of parliament for the Sege Constituency in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.

He was born on October 23, 1973, and hails from Sege in Ghana.

He was a lecturer in Quantitative Maths, Statistics, and Research Methods at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Relations.

From January 7 2013 till the present Christian Corleytey Otuteye, has been a member of parliament.
