Doreen Angelina Awuah is a Ghanaian international footballer. She plays for the Ghana national women's team and the position of a midfielder. On the club level, she plays for the Ghatel Ladies in Ghana.

At the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup played for the Ghana national women's team. She made her debut for Ghana in a group match against Norway.
