Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah is a Ghanaian politician and a member of the National Democratic Congress. He has served as the minister of Energy and Petroleum since 2013 and is a member of parliament for the Ellembelle constituency in the Western Region.
He holds a degree in law from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Maryland, University College in the United States.
In 2009, he was nominated and appointed by late President Atta Mills to serve as deputy minister of Energy. He was subsequently nominated on 17 January 2013 as Minister for Energy and Petroleum.
In 2017, he was succeeded by Boakye Agyarko of the New Patriotic Party after the party won the presidential elections.
