Florence Dadson is a Ghanaian international footballer. She plays for the Gulf Coast Texans in the United States.

At the age of 13, she started playing at the Academy of Christ the King and then joined the Ghatel Ladies Cape Coast. She left Ghana in 2011 after gaining admission at the Robert Morris University in Illinois to study Business Administration – Majoring in Tourism Studies. There, she played for the school with fellow Ghanaian players, Olivia Amoako and Linda Eshun.

After school, she W-League club Gulf Coast Texans 2014.

She has played for the Ghana women's national team at the U-17 and U-20 levels as a forward. At the 2008 IFA U-17 Women's World Cup and 2012 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup she played for Ghana as well as a member of the extended squad of the Black Queens.

Florence Dadson married David Accam, Ghanaian international footballer on 3 January 2019 in Cape Coast, Ghana.
