Hannah Afriyie was a Ghanaian athlete. She run track and field and won two gold medals in the 100 and 200 metres sprints at the 1978 All-Africa Games held in Algiers.
Afriyie reached the quarter-finals of the 100 metres and the 200 metres at the 1972 Summer Olympics.
She won the silver medal in the 100 metres in 1977 at the West African games in Lagos
