Henry Satorius Bannerman was a Ghanaian medical practitioner politician and a member of the United Nationalist Party.

He was born on 5 July 1918 in Accra and attended the Mfantsipim School in Cape Coast and the Achimota College in Accra. He then proceeded to the University of Edinburgh, in the United Kingdom, and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

He served as the president of the Ghana Medical Association, president of the Commonwealth Medical Association, and a member of the executive council of the University of Ghana Medical School.

Henry Satorius Bannerman was the chairman of the United Nationalist Party and a member of parliament for the Ashiedu Keteke constituency during the second republic. He together with Alex Hutton-Mills was the only UNP candidate elected into parliament in the 1969 parliamentary election.

Between 1954 and 1957, he joined the Gold Coast Boxing Board of Control and became a steward, and joined the Centre for Civil Education from 1967 to 1969. From 1968 to 1969, he was also a member of the Press Council. He was also appointed a member of the Accra Hospitals Management Committee within that same year.

Henry Satorius Bannerman was made president of the Ghana Medical Association as well as the president of the Commonwealth Medical Association from 1972 to 1974. From 1968 to 1969 he was a member of the constituent assembly.

There was a merger between several opposition parties that formed the Justice Party in 1970. Henry Satorius Bannerman was a founding member and the deputy leader of the party.

He remained in parliament until 1972 when parliament was suspended following the overthrow of the Busia government.

Bannerman married Mercy Blankson in 1950. Together they had five children; three daughters and two sons. His hobbies were swimming and cinematography.
