Jane Ayiyem is a Ghanaian international footballer. She plays as a forward for the Ghana national women's team.

She played three matches for Ghana at the 2018 Africa Women's Cup of Nations.

In 2012, Jane Ayiyem was awarded best Female Footballer of the year as well as 2012 female top Scorer with 18 Goals.
