Kwabena Kwakye Anti was a Ghanaian politician and Minister of State in the second republic of Ghana.

He was born at Akim Awisa near Akim Oda in the Eastern Region on 23 November 1923.

Kwabena Kwakye Anti attended the Awisa Presbyterian School and Saltpond English Church Mission School finishing in 1937, the Mfantsipim School from 1939 to 1943, and Achimota School from 1945 to 1946. He entered the University of Leeds and graduated in 1950 with a Bachelor of Commerce with an emphasis on Local Government in 1954. He is also a graduate of the University of with a master of business obtained in 1960.

From 1954 and 1959, he was a teacher at the Kumasi University of Science and Technology. He then worked at the Development Secretariat and rose to the rank of Chief Industrial Promotions Officer.

Kwabena Kwakye Anti was also a member of parliament for Birim-Anafo in the second republic and became Minister for Local Government from 1969 to 1971.
