Kwasi Boateng Adjei is a Ghanaian politician and a member of the New Patriotic Party. He is the Deputy Minister for Local Government and Rural Development as well as the Member of Parliament for the New Juaben North Constituency in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

He was born on August 29 1954 in Koforidua, Ghana, and hails from Asokore – New Juaben, a town in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration from the University of Ghana in 1980. Kwasi Boateng Adjei was the Managing Head of the New Juaben College of Communication from 1981 to 2001, the M.C.E from 2001 to 2009, and a member of parliament from 2012 to 2016.
