Mark Assibey-Yeboah is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the New Juaben South Constituency in the Eastern Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.

He was born on March 2, 1974, and comes from Obo-Kwahu, a town in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

He attended the Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School for his GCE Ordinary Level and a GCE Advanced Level from the Ghana Secondary School, Koforidua. He holds a BSc (Hons) Agricultural Economics degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a P.H.D from the University of Tennessee, U.S.A, and an M.A and M.S from the University of Delaware.

Mark Assibey-Yeboah was a lecturer between 2009 and 2010 at GIMPA, a senior economist at the bank of Ghana between 2011 and 2012, a lecturer at the Ghana Technology University College from 2011 to 2012, and a member of parliament from 2013 to date.

Mark Assibey-Yeboah was a member of the Finance and Youth and Sports Committees of the Sixth Parliament and as Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana.
