Martin Gyarko Oti is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Techiman North Constituency in the Brong Ahafo Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party. He was born April 3 1980 and comes from Aworowa.

He has a certificate from the University of Cape Coast in Social Sciences.
