Samuel Ayeh-Paye is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Ayensuano Constituency in the Eastern Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.

He was born on 17 May 1973 and hails from Aburi, Eastern Region of Ghana.

He has an HND at Accra Polytechnic located in Accra (now Accra Technical University) located in Accra, Ghana.

He also had an MVM training at Accra Technical Training Center located in Accra, Ghana, and a Certificate at the Indian Institute of Management Studies in India.

Samuel Ayeh-Paye worked as the transport manager of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly's waste management department.
