Timothy Amihere Mensah was a Ghanaian politician and a member of the People's Action Party. He was a member of the first parliament of the second republic of Ghana representing the Nzema East Constituency.
He was born in June 1916 in Western Region of Ghana.
Timothy Amihere obtained a Bachelor's and Masters's Degree in Law from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, and also attended the Trinity Hall.
He was elected in 1969 as a member of parliament for the Nzema East Constituency but was suspended following the overthrow of the Busia government.
