Tamale crowns Black Sherif as "Youth Chief"

Rapper Black Sherif has been honored by traditional chiefs in the Northern Region as the "Nachin Naa" of Tamale for his achievements in the music industry.

Black Sherif is appointed "Youth Chief."

The new "Youth Chief" of Tamale is currently on a promotional tour throughout the area in support of his October 6, 2022, release of his debut album, "The Villain I Never Was."

On Monday, October 10, 2022, the rapper was given a formal coronation in the Dakpema Palace.

A video of his coronation went viral online, showing Blacko wearing a lavish Northen smock and coordinating headgear befitting a king.

Black Sherif, real name Mohammed Ismail Sherif, thanked the people of Tamale and promised to help them.

Days have passed since Black Sherif's record-breaking debut album, "The Villain I Never Was," was released.

The rapper's 14-track album has already achieved chart success, garnered favorable reviews from music fans, and got significant support from prominent figures in the local music business.

Fans and music enthusiasts have expressed their gratitude for the rapper's album following the successful release of the 14-track album, which includes the African Giant, Burna Boy on track 14, "Second Sermon Remix."

The Villain I Never Was has been at the top of music charts and debates ever since its release on October 6's first hour. Making an appearance on the Billboard Afrobeat Chart is one example.
