A juvenile girl is alleged to have been raped by a police officer who arrested her and a friend this morning, according to credible reports.

The young woman was reportedly apprehended on April 28 and detained at the Khwisero Police Station alongside a friend who accompanied her to meet her boyfriend.

After conducting a search, her parents located her at her boyfriend's residence and promptly called the police to arrest her.

The officer allegedly went to the room where the girl and her companion were being held overnight and then asked her to follow him, claiming that her mother had arrived to visit her.

Then, he took the girl to a separate room and instructed her to disrobe completely before repeatedly defiling her with contraceptives.

The police officer has not yet been prosecuted for molesting the 16-year-old girl, and her parents are now demanding an investigation.
