Renowned Ghanaian International preacher, Dr Lawrence Tetteh has revealed that, former Black Star Player Christian Astu was a true Christian who was a member of his church before his demise.
According to him, though the late Christian Astu did not attend any of his church services in person, he knew the former Black Stars player was a member of his church without walls.
“Astu was a member of my church without walls and what do I mean by church without walls is that, having media outlets of the ministry.” Dr Lawrenec Tetteh told Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom FM in an interview monitored by MyNewsGH.com.
He also revealed that, apart from the late ex-Black Stars player who is a member of his church, there are numerous persons who are also part of his church and these people do not necessarily have to come to his church in person.
To him, there are many people who have followed him for more than thirty years since he started his ministry which according to him was able to achieve by virtue of being one of the earliest Ghanaian preachers on the mainstream media.
“Lawrence Tetteh is an old thing that I was filming and beaming all the way from London before even most people on TV today actively thought of TV and so people have watched me over the years. There are people who have memories of the programs I did 30 years ago and so when I say church without walls that is what it means. People who have followed my ministry who don’t necessary come to where I fellowship”, he narrated.
