Renowned Radio and Television personality Daniel Koranteng has announced his resignation from Omni Media, owners of Citi FM and Citi TV.
Daniel Koranteng resigned from the media entity on January 23, 2023, to pursue other interests.
Announcing his exit, he acknowledged the impact the media entity has had on his life and career and was grateful for the opportunity to learn on such a big platform.
“It’s been a remarkable learning experience over the past seven years and I thank you all for the support,” his statement on his exit read.
He joins a number of media personalities who have left the Adabraka-based media house in recent times.
Daniel Koranteng joined Citi FM as a National Service personnel seven years ago after he completed Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and worked to ensure he climbed the ladder at Citi FM and TV.
Daniel Koranteng was known for his hard-hitting analysis of the game of football and the humor attached to his analysis.
At Citi FM/TV Daniel Koranteng hosted Citi FM’s coverage of the EPL and was also a member of the most listened-to sports show Sports Panorama.
