The somber ritual was completed on April 15, 2023, a Saturday.
The late MP and former Minister of Monitoring and Evaluation was buried at the Lashibi Funeral Home after being laid to rest at Accra's Holy Spirit Cathedral.
President Nana Akufo-Addo, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, and former President John Kufour were present to pay their respects.
At the funeral, former President Kuffour was accompanied by Alan Kyerematen, a former minister of trade.
The family was joined in mourning by the first lady, the second lady, Yaw Osafo Marfo of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), MPs, the former trade minister Alan Kyerematen, other officials, and traditional leaders.
