1. You will develop more insulin resistance as a result.

Because eggs contain natural fat, they are oily. Eggs contain lipids, which, if consumed in excess, may negatively affect blood sugar levels. They may lead to an increase in insulin resistance, which may indicate that the blood sugar is not being used for energy in the body as it should.

2. You may experience an increase in cholesterol as a result.

More than half of the long-recommended daily consumption of about 300 milligrams of cholesterol, or 186 milligrams, may be found in one large egg. Your blood cholesterol levels may increase as a result of this.

3. It may contribute to cardiovascular disease.

The yolk of an egg has more significance than anything else when it comes to focusing on your heart. Eggs continue to hold a special place in this regard because bad cholesterol tends to raise the risk of cardiac illness. Another study found a link between dietary cholesterol intake or egg consumption and a higher risk of death and cardiovascular disease. Eating burnt eggs in moderation is a wise choice.
