Following Accra Great Olympics' weekend loss to Aduana Stars, coach Bismark Kobi-Mensah criticized his team's performance.

The two-time champions of the Ghana Premier League hosted the Olympics in 26 games on matchday at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese.

However, the home team was able to collect all three points thanks to a lone goal from Frank Owusu, maintaining their chances of winning the Premier League.

Great Olympics is now ranked 17th in the league after the loss with 31 points.

Kobi-Mensah, the team's head coach, criticized his players for their lackluster performance in a postgame interview.

He claims that his players have made his job harder.

"I am quite unhappy, especially considering how we gave up the goal. When you're serious, you can't give up a goal like this, he said, according to StarTimes.

"I'm really, really disappointed, especially with how we let up the goal. When you're being serious, you can't give up a goal like this.

"I believe we failed ourselves. I'm not content. They are making life challenging for me. Considering the game's mechanics and what transpired throughout it, this is not a game we ought to lose.

You can't pass the ball in the 6-yard box when you're under siege, therefore I believe players need to learn how to handle and win games.

"The coach is not in charge of this. Just unfortunate, really. I am really depressed.
