In 2022, approximately 300,000 individuals joined The Church of Pentecost through various evangelistic efforts conducted by the Church across the nation.

In fulfillment of the divine mandate Christ bestowed upon the Church, The Church of Pentecost launched 298.936 evangelistic outreach efforts in Ghana in 2022.

The efforts of church members won a total of 288,248 souls for the Lord as a consequence of these outreach efforts. 209,283 of the souls, or 72.6% of the total population, were baptized with water.

Monthly classes, crusades, rallies, Gospel Sundays, house-to-house visits, event outreaches, specialized ministries (Muslims, sports, Rastafarians, hospitals, Persons with Disabilities, commercial sex workers, and prisons), and social interventions were among the various evangelistic strategies utilized on a national scale.

Apostle Eric Nyamekye, Chairman of The Church of Pentecost and President of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC), disclosed this on May 3, 2023, during the opening session of the 46th General Council Meetings at the Pentecost Convention Centre (PCC) in Gomoa Fetteh, close to Kasoa in the Central Region.

Apostle Nyamekye noted in his State of the Church address that 97,774 souls were gained through Gospel Sunday services, 25,600 through Home and Urban Missions outreach, and 4,069 through the Ministry to Persons with Disabilities.

He emphasized that the prosperity of the Church was due to the dedication of church members to the cause of the Gospel.

"The Church's commitment to spreading the Gospel has been the driving force behind these impressive numbers," he explained.

In addition, he lauded the Evangelism Ministry, headed by Apostle Dr. Amos Jimmy Markin, for their significant contribution to the previous year's accomplishment.
