He admonished them to obtain high grades in order to justify the substantial investments made in their education.

Dr. Adutwum stated that in order to facilitate a smooth transition, elementary-level students will be exposed to the equipment in SHS science laboratories prior to their arrival.

Dr. Adutwum also paid courtesy visits to traditional leaders and invited them to participate as key stakeholders in a discussion on how to transform education in Ghana collaboratively.

The Education Minister was installed as the Development Chief (Nkosuohene) of the Tepa Traditional Area by the Supreme Chief, Nana Adusei Atwere Ampem I, at Tepa, in recognition of his extraordinary dedication to the advancement of education in Ghana.

The Education Minister was presented with a stool named Nana Yaw Adutwum I at a grand durbar conducted in his honor at Tepa in the Ahafo-Ano North Municipality.

The celebratory event was witnessed by the heads of various Department of Education agencies.

Tepamanhene praised the minister, saying, "Your profound intellectual prowess and exemplary leadership style at the Education Ministry have brought great relief to parents and the nation."

Nana Atwere Ampem stated, "Your hard work has always exceeded our expectations and contributed to our community's journey to success." I stated in the cited text.

According to the Supreme Leader, the minister has distinguished himself in office by overseeing a crucial sector that is central to national progress.

Dr. Adutwum was entrusted with the Tepa Senior High School as the Development Chief, and he was urged to address the school's numerous problems.

Dr. Adutwum responded that he was humbled to be honored by the chiefs and people of Tepa and pledged to support the efforts of the Paramount Chief to accelerate the area's development.

He also praised the chief's visionary leadership, noting that, since Nana was already championing the development of the traditional area, joining forces with him would expedite development in the region.

He stated that he has a responsibility as sector minister to provide the necessary facilities to enhance academic work at Tepa SHS, and he pledged to do so, particularly now that he is the town's Development Chief.

He praised Tepa's paramount chief for establishing a college of education in a town that already had a senior high school and a nursing school, stating that visionary leaders are required to invest in education for the advantage of the people.
