Afua-Kobi-Ampem-Senior-High-School-Engineering-club
Once again, the Engineering Club of Afua Kobi Ampem Senior High School has made the school proud by designing a jet aircraft.
In a video shared on social media, the club's members demonstrated the beginning stages of aircraft construction.
Later, the team took the aircraft, which we're told is a Naval Maritime Patrol Aircraft, to the field to test-fly it, and to the amazement of the few onlookers, the plane flew without incident.
This is not the first time the school's Engineering society has created something that could benefit the nation in the future.
During the visit of the Education Minister, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, to their school in May 2022, they created a drone and flew it for one kilometer.
The minister, who was astounded by what he had witnessed, applauded the eight team members.
