The youth of Pakyi are upset with Kyekyeku's remarks about their town in the film Akacalito.

After a few episodes of the Akacalito movie were released, the youth of Pakyi in the Ashanti Region are furious.

The Ghanaian adaptation of the well-known Apocalypse Now film, Akacalito, has been a recent craze.

In a scene from the film, Kyekyeku, who was in the cast, referred to Dr. Likee and his crew as being from Pakyi and being impoverished.

Although many Ghanaians have expressed support for the Akacalito film on social media, the same cannot be true for the Pakyi inhabitant.

In a video that Zionfelix.net saw, some local teenagers voiced their displeasure.

If he was referring to them, they sought an explanation and an apology from Kyekyeku.

The young person claimed that actors frequently come to their town to successfully film movies.
