Tinubu lists the forms of poverty he will combat.

Thursday, President-elect Bola Tinubu outlined the various forms of destitution his administration will combat.

Tinubu enumerated the penury forms on Thursday in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, while inaugurating the Magistrates' Court Complex constructed by Governor Nyesom Wike's administration and named after the state's former Chief Judge, Justice Iche Ndu (ret.).

"I assure Nigerians that the nation's unity is non-negotiable. Together, Nyesom Wike and I are promoting this. I promise to be equitable to everyone.

"We will combat destitution, and we must do so with vigor. Poverty of thought, poverty, standard poverty; poverty of reasoning, said the former governor of Lagos State.
