What Will Happen To Nigeria if We Make Another Mistake Like We Made In 2015 - Bishop Oyedepo

Bishop David Oyedepo has shared a hint of what might happen to Nigeria if they, in his words, make another mistake like the one they made in 2015. He shared this revelation during his sermon at the Covenant Hour of Prayer meeting.

He reminded his congregation that he warned the nation in 2015 not to make the mistake of voting the current administration, and now they have seen the results of his warnings.

"I was shouting this in 2015, and some members of the church were washing their mouths; they suffered pepper. Prophetic words are not just statements made out of the blue; they are words received from the Lord. If Nigeria makes another mistake... God forbid," he said.

He called for the citizens of Nigeria to think about the next generation before they cast their votes.

"It's time to think forward. It's time to think the future. It's time to think the coming generation. It's time to think a vibrant and forward moving nation. It's time to think so," he said.

He then shared the revelation he had about what will happen to the nation if they make a mistake and elect the wrong leader. He declared that he would not share the details of the vision, but he has been asking God to have mercy on the nation, and avert the consequences.

"I won't say the other side, but I saw a gruesome vision. I have been praying for the mercy of God to prevail over this sinful, wicked nation. I saw that vision May 23 1992 not now. God always confides in his prophets. But the good news is let hands be joined together, the wicked shall not go unpunished," he said.
