You Will Pay For Your Misdeeds. Minister of Education to Students at Krobea Asante SHS

Krobea Asante Technical/Vocational Institute was visited by the Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, as part of his tour of all the institutions in Ashanti Region. In his address to the pupils, Yaw Osei Adutwum addressed the school's early-year vandalism problem. Recall that the students of Krobea Asante SHTS went on a rampage on Sunday morning in protest of their predecessors' dismal performance on the final exam. This resulted in the apprehension of roughly fifty of the students.

The Minister of Education expressed extreme dismay at the students' participation in such an act. According to him, the students could have obtained the attention they desired by employing creative methods rather than the methods they actually employed.

"In this era of social media, you can get the attention you desire if you are inventive. My contact information is available at all radio and television stations. There is a method to be heard that does not involve violence or the destruction of your institution's reputation if you wish to be heard.

You Will Pay For Your Actions - Minister of Education to Students of Krobea Asante Senior High School

He went on to explain that, as a result of what the students had done, obtaining employment in the near future would be exceedingly difficult due to the negative reputation these students had given the school. Students will pay a price for their actions, he emphasized emphatically.

"If a company is hiring and you tell them you went to Krobea and someone else says they went to KTI with the same level of expertise, the company will say, 'I don't want trouble, Krobea,'" Therefore, everything you do here has negative repercussions, and if it's positive, it has positive repercussions as well. Also, I want you to know that I was not pleased in any way, so please exercise extreme caution. Nevertheless, I am aware that not all of you are responsible. I am well aware that the vast majority of you did not wish for that to occur at your institution. Those few who did it will pay a price for their actions," he explained.
