Patricia Belinda Bentil popularly known as Trish is a Ghanaian Entrepreneur, a former Broadcast Journalist and the Chief executive officer of Trish Consult.
Trish was born to Mr. James Bentil and Mercy Yeboah at Kumasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana. She was born on 29th April 1989 in Korle bu in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. She is the only girl among his three brothers (Senior Kp , Kwaku Asare & Jeff), Growing up she had a dream of becoming a musician but she ended up as Broadcast Journalist who has worked and lived with most popular Ghanaian Musicians.
Patricia Belinda Bentil started her early childhood education in Cotê d’viore before she was later brought to Ghana to stay with her grandmother in Sunyani, where she was enrolled at First Star Preparatory School” and then later proceeded to “Ebetco preparatory School” at Ejisu in the Ashanti region of Ghana, where She continued from Class 4 till she completed her Junior High Education.
After completion, she furthered her studies at “Mansoman Senior High school at Ashanti Amansei in the Ashantis region.” where she exhibits her love for reading and writing both English and French Languages, this made her the favourites of all English and French teachers on campus, she also grabbed the opportunity to represent the school in debates and reading contest. she study general Arts and completed in 2009. She develops her extrovert lifestyle from high school and she became the pillar in most of her mates’ life.
Due to her extrovert nature, after senior high school, Trisha was enrolled in Focus Radio school in Kumasi where she started her journalism journey, she worked with Kapital radio in the newsroom for 3years before moving to Kumasi based Jem FM where she got more exposure to read Akan news and Assist with Production.
She was one of the finest Akan News reader in the Ashanti region during her days. She became the personal assistant to popular Ghanaian broadcaster Kwame Adinkra due to her work hard and seriousness , She realised education was the key so she enrolled herself at Ghana institute of Journalism (GIJ) in Accra, where she studied Journalism, Marketing and Event Organization.
After acquiring the necessary certificates from GIJ , Trish relocated back to Kumasi to set up her own business called “Trish Kitchen” a restaurant that feed more renowned people in Kumasi, the business became so successful that they were receiving orders from Political parties, funerals ,birthday parties, etc , She was then handed an offer by her aunty to run the Bantama branch of histolab in Kumasi ,where she was nicknamed the baby doll of the branch due to her magic (work rates) and professionalism, both clients and co-workers were comfortable with Trish’s style of work.
On 14th March 2020, she travelled to the United states of America for holiday but unfortunately she was locked up by the Covid-19 pandemic for over 7months which affected her business so when she returned she decided to expanded the business from “TRISH KITCHEN” to “TRISH CONSULT” a company which has track record in event management , hospitality management and general merchant , it is far as one of the Best Ghanaian owned Business when it comes to professionalism , value for money and quality service in Ghana .
Patricia Belinda Bentil is Married to the love of her live, she calls him “Guardian angel “ and She is currently living happily with him in one of the busiest states in the U.S.A and her staffs are running things here in Ghana
