Many people hope to achieve fame at some point in their lives, and a fast way to accomplish this is by participating in a reality TV show. Some people who've been on reality TV shows often discover that opening up their lives to the public has its disadvantages. From Jesy Nelson to Angel Smith, here are four famous people who regretted appearing on a reality TV show.

Jesy Nelson is an English singer who rose to fame as a member of the girl group Little Mix. The talented singer reportedly revealed that the X Factor was not worth her happiness because of how much she was trolled on social media when her band won, and she criticized The X Factor for not supporting her when she was on the show.

The American television personality, singer, and actress Adrienne Bailon is another celebrity who has expressed regrets about appearing on a reality television show. Adrienne reportedly regrets appearing on the reality show known as Keeping Up With The Kardashians because, according to her, being associated with the Kardashian label was hurtful to her and her career.

Katrina Price is an English media personality, model, and businesswoman. Throughout her career, she has appeared on many reality TV shows, but she only truly regrets one of them. Price revealed in an interview that she regretted competing in Eurovision, and according to her, participating in the singing competition remains the only career decision she has regretted and hated doing.

The Nigerian reality TV star, Angel Smith, rose to prominence as a contestant on the BBNaija season 6 edition. Angel admitted that she regrets taking part in Big Brother Naija in an interview with OAP, Temisan Emmanuel. She attributed some of the blame to the online trolls who persistently harass her online as well as some fans for consistently misinterpreting her tweets.
